If you are looking for a Thanksgiving dice game, then you’ve come to the right spot! This Thanksgiving gratitude game is perfect for your holiday gathering.

Thanksgiving is nearly here, which means it is time to start planning those fun family games. In years past, I have created Thanksgiving Bingo, Thanksgiving scavenger hunt clues, Thanksgiving “Would You Rather,” Thanksgiving charades, and more to play at family gatherings. This year, I decided to make and share a Thanksgiving dice game.
This game is super simple, fun for all ages, and can be played with any number of people. This post will teach you how to play this Thanksgiving dice game, and you’ll get your free dice game printable.

Thanksgiving Dice Game Setup
Before starting the game, determine how long you will play for. You can either go until someone has a certain amount of candy, such as 10 pieces, or you can set a timer and play until the timer goes off.
Make it known to everyone how you will play before starting the game. Then, place a pile of candy in the center of the table. Have each player choose three pieces to start the game with.
Then, you are ready to begin playing.
How to Play the Thanksgiving Dice Game

First, roll to determine who gets to start the game. Whoever rolls the highest will get to go first. The first player will roll the die. Whatever number they roll, they will do the corresponding move.
For example, if they roll a four, they will take two candies from the middle and share an experience they had this year that they were thankful for.
Once they have finished their turn, play continues clockwise. Keep playing until someone has either gotten X amount of candy or the timer goes off. When the game is over, everyone gets to keep whatever candy they have in front of them.
