The temperatures are finally rising and summer is nearly here. If your kids are anything like mine, they are counting down the days until summer break. To celebrate their summer vacation, I created and am sharing a fun game to play on the last day of school.
This summer bingo can be played with small or large groups (up to 25) and is great for all ages from toddlers and preschoolers to teenagers and adults. Seriously, who doesn’t love bingo?!
So, whether you are a teacher looking for a fun last day of school activity, a parent looking for a game to play with your kids, or you are hosting a summer bash then this summer bingo game is for you!

Directions
Near the bottom of the post you will find the free printable summer bingo game. On this printable, there are 25 different bingo cards, as well as, both small and large calling cards.

If you are playing with a smaller group you won’t need to print all 25 cards just print off cards for however many players you will have. Make sure you don’t forget to print off the calling cards on the last page of the printable though.
There will be two identical pages of calling cards. Cut out the individual cards on ONE of these. Then, as you are playing and calling out cards, you can cover it up on the uncut page and easily see which ones have been called.
If you’d rather use larger calling cards you’ll find those on a separate free printable near the bottom of the post that you will be able to download, print, and cut out. These calling cards are great for playing with big groups such as the classroom so that everyone can easily see the picture on the card.
Once you have downloaded and printed the summer bingo game I highly recommend laminating the bingo boards and calling cards. I use my Amazon Basics Laminator and Laminating Sheets to laminate all of the bingo game cards and calling cards.

Laminating Sheets
If you don’t have a laminator you’ll at least want to print using cardstock like this because regular printer paper will not hold up very well (especially with kids).

After you have your bingo game laminated, you are all ready to start playing!
How to Play Summer Bingo
Once you have your game set up and are ready to play, have each player grab a bingo card. You can either let each person choose their own or just hand them out. Because there are 25 different bingo cards, you can play with up to 25 people.
Next, hand out bingo chips like these to everyone playing. Then, have everyone place a chip on the free space in the middle of the board.

Put all of the calling cards into a bowl and draw one out. When you have drawn a calling card, either tell the group the image on the card or show them the picture.
Each player will then check their bingo card for that picture. If they have the image on their card they get to cover it up with a bingo chip.
The first player to cover five in a row either horizontally, vertically, or diagonally yells BINGO.
They will then recite the images they have covered back to the card caller and if all of their images have in fact been drawn, then they are the winner! If they have incorrectly covered something, then the game continues until there is a winner.
Once there is a winner have everyone clear their bingo board and start again.
To make the summer bingo game even more fun put together some small prizes for the winners!
Summer Bingo Images
There are 30 different summer images on the bingo boards. When you are calling out the items, you can either show the group the picture on the calling card or tell them what the image is.
