If you’ve seen some of my previous posts, you probably know how much I love bingo (You can find all my free bingo games here). It is such a versatile game, which makes it great for parties, family nights, or classroom activities. The best part about bingo is that kids and adults of all ages can enjoy this game!

With my daughter’s birthday a few weeks away, I decided to make another fun bingo game for her and her friends to play at her birthday party. To go along with her birthday party theme, I created these unicorn bingo cards.

This FREE printable unicorn bingo game comes with 25 unique bingo cards and 30 calling cards.

Whether you are hosting a unicorn party or you just have a unicorn lover at home and want a fun game to play, this bingo game is the perfect option.

This post is all about a unicorn bingo game.

At the bottom of this post, you will find the unicorn bingo printable. On the printable, there are 25 different bingo cards. Download and print these off.

If you will only be playing with a small group, you do not need to print all 25 cards (although it can be handy to have that many on hand). Print off as many cards as players you will have plus a few extra just in case.

*If you only print a portion of the bingo cards don’t forget about the calling cards on the last pages of the printable.

The last two pages are identical. Cut out the individual calling cards on ONE of these pages.

This way, when you are playing you will put the cutout cards in a bowl for drawing and when they are called out, you can cover it up on the uncut page. This lets you easily see which ones have been called.

The calling cards at the end of the printable are pretty small, so they don’t work well with holding up and showing large groups. If you’d prefer to use larger calling cards, I have a separate free printable at the bottom of this post that you can download and print.

These larger calling cards work well for birthday parties when you need to hold them up for all the kids to see.

The next step is optional but I highly recommend it. Once the bingo and calling cards are printed out (before cutting out the calling cards), place them in laminating sheets like this.

Then, run the laminating sheets with the printable through a laminator.

*If you decide not to laminate the bingo cards, I would at least use cardstock to print them on so that they hold up better than printer paper.

Once the unicorn bingo game is printed and laminated and the calling cards are cut out, you are ready to play the game!

How To Play Unicorn Bingo

When you are ready to play, hand out the bingo cards or have each player choose their own. Then, give each player enough bingo chips.

You can use regular bingo chips like these pink ones or add to the unicorn theme by using cute unicorn erasers like these as bingo chips.

To start, have each player place a bingo chip covering the middle free space. Then, place the calling cards in a bowl.

Next, draw a calling card out of the bowl and show the group the card.

Then, each player will check their unicorn bingo card for that image. If their card has that image on it, they will cover it up with a bingo chip.

Afterwards, place the calling card over the top of the image on the uncut page so you can easily refer back to which cards have been drawn.

Make sure to give players sufficient time to check their cards before drawing a new calling card, especially when playing with kids.

The first player to get five in a row either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally shouts BINGO!

Using your calling card check sheet, make sure the spaces they have covered were indeed called. If each of their covered spaces were actually called, and they have five in a row, then this player wins. Have everyone clear their boards and play again.

If one of their spaces was not called then continue playing until you have a winner.

Bingo Prize Ideas
