Teacher Gift Ideas

Sometimes, schools or the PTSO will have teachers fill out a form with all of their favorite things at the beginning of the year. If your school does this, it can be really helpful when picking out a gift for your child’s teacher. If you do not have a list to go off of, here are some great teacher appreciation gift ideas.

  1. Coffee – This could be dropping off their go-to Starbucks order in the morning or a gift card to a local coffee shop. You could also put together a coffee gift basket with ground coffee, espresso, or frappuccino bottles.
  2. Soda – If you know their favorite soda, then sending in an afternoon pick me up is another great teacher appreciation gift.
  3. Salty Snacks – There are so many great options for this one.
  4. Sweet Snacks – You probably can’t go wrong with a sweet snack such as chocolate.
  5. Gum
  6. Flowers
  7. Color – Do you know the teacher’s favorite color? If so, you could put together a colored gift basket with items of their favorite color. For some ideas, you can check out my pink gift basket or green gift basket ideas.
  8. Doughnuts – Doughnuts sent in the morning would definitely be a hit.
  9. Sports Team – If they have a favorite sports team, you could get them items with their team’s logo, such as a tumbler, hat, shirt, etc.
  10. Hobby – Do they have a favorite hobby? Getting a gift for them that relates to their hobby would be definitely be a meaningful gift.
