Directions
Near the bottom of this post, you will find the St. Patrick’s Day bingo printable. On this printable, there are 25 different bingo cards. Download and print it.
If you are planning to play with a small group, you do not need to print all 25 cards. Print off as many cards as players you will have plus a few extra just in case.
If you are only printing a portion of the bingo cards don’t forget to also print the calling cards on the last pages of the printable.
The last two pages are calling cards and are identical. Cut out the individual calling cards on ONE of the pages.
This way, when you are playing you will put the cut out cards in a bowl for drawing and when they are called out, you can cover it up on the other page so you can easily see which cards have been called.
These calling cards are pretty small, so they don’t work well with large groups. If you’d prefer to use larger calling cards, I have a separate free printable at the bottom of this post that you can print out.
These larger calling cards work well if you are playing in the classroom and need to hold them up for the students to see.
The next step is optional but highly recommended. Once you have the bingo and calling cards printed (before cutting out the calling cards), place them in laminating sheets like this.
Then, run them through a laminator.

Laminating Sheets
*If you choose not to laminate the bingo cards, I would at the very least use cardstock to print the bingo cards on so that they hold up a little better than regular printer paper.

Once the St. Patrick’s Day bingo game is printed and laminated and the calling cards are cut out, you are all set to play.
How To Play St. Patrick’s Day Bingo
When you are ready to play, hand out the bingo cards or have each player choose their own. Then, give each player enough bingo chips.
You can use regular bingo chips or add to the St. Patty’s theme and use these green bingo chips or even chocolate coins like this.
To start, have each player place a bingo chip on the middle free space. Then, place the calling cards in a bowl or leprechaun pot of gold.

Next, draw out a card and either show the group the card or say the image that is on the card.
Then, each player checks their St. Patrick’s Day bingo card for that image. If they have the image on their card, they cover it up with a bingo chip.
Then, place the calling card over the top of the image on the uncut calling cards so you can easily refer back to which cards have been drawn.
Make sure to give the players sufficient time to check their cards before drawing a new calling card.
The first player to get five in a row either vertically, horizontally, or diagonally shouts BINGO!
Using your calling card check sheet, make sure the spaces they have covered were indeed called. If they were all actually called and they have five in a row, then this player wins.
Have everyone clear their boards and play again.
It can be fun to have prizes for the winners!
Bingo Prize Ideas
If you are looking for a super simple prize idea for the winners of the St. Patrick’s Day bingo, then pick up a pack of small cauldrons like this and fill them with gold chocolate coins or gold-wrapped Rolos.
